PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
1. Refund Eligibility
All our products and add-ons include a 7-day refund policy. Your paid amount will be refunded as account credit if a proper reason is provided (change of mind is not applicable). No refund will be provided for already provisioned servers.
2. Service Cancellation
Services may be cancelled by the customer at any time; however, we do not provide a refund for cancelled services. To receive a refund within our refund period, the proper procedure must be followed. A chargeback or dispute of any payment will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your service(s). Your account may also be closed.
3. Refund Limitations
We may cancel the refund if:
- The payment is not made using our billing panel.
- The payment is made in parts.
- The refund charges are too high.
No refund will be provided if any kind of report is filed via the payment processor. The related user account will also be terminated — please contact us directly for refunds.
3. Automatic Renewals
To provide continuous service, TeroHost automatically renews all paid subscriptions upon expiration. Such renewals are generally for the same duration as the original subscription term (for example, a 1-month subscription will renew on a monthly basis, a 3-month subscription will renew on a 3-month basis, and so on). By using the Site, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to automatic renewals. Payments via automatic renewal cannot be refunded.
4. Overcharges & Uncancelled Subscriptions
Overcharged payments or uncancelled subscriptions may be refunded outside the regular refund period if sufficient proof is provided that everything was done to prevent this situation.
- A full-cash refund is possible if a refund request is received within 12 hours of the overcharged or uncancelled payment.
- After 12 hours, refunds will only be issued as account credits.
- If no refund request is received within 12 hours, the payment will be forfeited and no refund of any kind will be possible.
Refunds will always be processed through the same payment gateway that was originally used.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Some services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Dedicated IPs
- Dedicated servers
- Domain registrations
- Account funds
- Donations
- Certain other specified services
Services that are already renewed, upgraded, or downgraded after initial activation can only be refunded as account credits.
6. Eligibility Restrictions
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you have had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, or opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
7. Additional Conditions
- Orders with any addons, upgrades, or downgrades performed after the initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.
- Credit balance in the account cannot be refunded.
- Services purchased using credit balance cannot be refunded.
- Services paid partially with account credit cannot be refunded.
